    Description

    6 Old Porch Columns.
    They need some love. They are about 5.1/2 ft tall. Some of the base plates at the top and bottom of the posts were falling apart. One in particular was rotting pretty bad, the rest seemed ok to me like maybe they just needed reattached. The hubby wanted to replace them all with square posts so that’s what we did.
    There were originally 7 posts, one of the posts fell apart when it was taken down. It seems as though the base plates were helping to hold the posts together. This might be why the one post fell apart when it was taken down. I’m not sure if all the pieces are there to put it back together or not.
    I tried to take some good photos that help explain what I’m talking about. My husband could’ve described this much better than me, but hopefully the photos help answer most of your questions. You are welcome to come take a look at them yourself or message me with any questions.
    I am also willing to split them up if you don’t want all of them.
