    COLLECTOR'S ITEM
    Manufactured in 1980 to commemorate 75th  Anniversary of Case knives. These knives are all numbered #1971 of 5,000.
    Tangs are identified as follows;
    5394 3 blade SSP (last made in 1942)
    53131 3 blade SSP (last made during WWII)
    52131 2 blade SSP  (last made in 1978
    These Vintage knives are 41 years old, yet the Genuine Stag handles are just awesome.  Brass liners, Surgical Stainless Steel blades.  24kt Gold Plated Silver Nickle Bolsters with engraving on bolsters and blades depicting various factories and buildings of Case History.  These are in mint condition for the age. "New old stock" condition in great shape never used or sharpened.
    The knives come with the Original Walnut Display case, which measures 13" x 8.5" x 3", can be displayed flat or on a wall.  Walnut case is made of 5/8" thick material, and lined in Red Velvet.
    This set, with the display case and knives in this condition, is Hard to find, if not Rare!!
