    You are buying a new never-used Vera Bradley Ball Point Pen.  It uses standard refills.  The picture is of the actual item you will receive.

    PAYMENTS
    I only accept Paypal for payments.  Payment is due within 3 days.  I do file unpaid item claims with Ebay for all buyers who do not pay within the 3-day payment period.
    SHIPPING
    I ship to Paypal confirmed addresses in the continental US only.  Items are shipped 1-2 days after receiving cleared payment.  If auction ends on the weekend, then item will ship on Monday or Tuesday.   Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included in the shipping cost.
